How long will my order take?

The production time to manufacture your order is as follows:
Sublimation orders – 28 days from approval of artwork/sample
Cut and Sew orders – 35 days from approval of artwork/sample
The times quoted are ex-factory and you will need to allow freight time from China to Australia.

How long does it take to freight my order?

Airfreight to major cities in Australia is usually 5-7 days for freight and clearance.
Sea freight is usually about 28 days for shipping and clearance
If there are any issues that will lead to a significant delay, we will let you know. Our clients will get a shipping tracking number.

I need my items by a specific date, can you do it.

If you require items by a specific date, please contact us before placing an order to ensure your request can be met in the time available. If you have already placed an order, please contact us with your request. While every effort is made to accommodate your request, it cannot be guaranteed if it is under the normal production timelines. Therefore, we ask that you be aware of the time frames and any specific dates the goods are required by.

How do I select a correct size garment for myself?

We provide a size chart to suit the garment and with our industry knowledge can guide you to help get the best fit.
